2022 KEEP IT GREEN, KEEP IT CLEAN EARTH DAY CELEBRATION Saturday, April 23rd, 2022, 10AM-2PM Earth Day is on April 22nd, an annual and global celebration of environmental protection and conservation. The Roundhouse Aquarium, managed by the Oceanographic Teaching Stations, Inc., will be holding its 2022 Keep it Green, Keep it Clean Earth Day Celebration. Sponsored by the Corrales Group, Dive N’ Surf, the Port of Long Beach, SoCalGas, WM, and International Cosmetics, the celebration will be back in person for the first time in two years. The aquarium has partnered with local community groups and school organizations to provide fun, interactive and hands-on activities that promote sustainable living. Activity booths will be set up inside and outside of the Roundhouse Aquarium. Perfect for kids and families! Join award-winning children's book author Seth Fishman as he reads his book, The Ocean in Your Bathtub, at the Roundhouse Aquarium. After the reading, kids will have a chance to meet and greet Seth Fishman and one of our marine scientists at the aquarium. The event will end with an opportunity to meet live sea animals up close! Afterwards, ticket holders can take part in the Keep it Green, Keep It Clean Earth Day Celebration.
