In this 60 minute cardio sculpt class, where we combine cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises all while moving to music! It starts with a warm up, to cardio aerobic, to kickboxing to a routine of light and heavy weights for sculpting the body. This total body workout helps in losing weight, toning, increasing bone density, energy and stamina.
