Meet the Speaker
Dana is a Leadership and Communication Coach and Trainer. As President of Studio DTO and Head of Corporate Practice for Organic Communication, Dana provides communication and leadership guidance to teams, organizations and individuals. With 10+ years of corporate CPG Brand Management experience and a passion for developing high-performing individuals and teams, Dana leverages her expertise to help clients take their communication and leadership skills to the next level. 

Dana spent a decade at Red Bull North America and Nestle USA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania (2005) and earned her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (2010). She is a certified International Coaching Federation coach (ICF - ACC, CPCC).  A Manhattan Beach native, Dana is Vice President of the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair Association and has a son entering Grand View Elementary in Fall 2021.
