• Live & Recorded Pilates Mat classes
• Unlimited access to online platform with supplemental education, videos, and pre-recorded classes
• How to use Pilates techniques for the health & happiness of your spine
• How to include Pilates concepts for personal fitness & for your favorite style of training/ exercise
• Completion of this training will give you 20 bankable hours towards your 200 Hour Teacher Certification
